As a small business coach, I work with you on “you and your business”. I help you develop your purpose and often ask you questions to help you discover your own “whys".
Is it because their business owners don’t work hard enough?

There were 835,494 new businesses launched in the UK in 2020, a 41% increase on 2019, when 591,924 were registered.
What does it take to start and succeed in business? That's a question I get asked a lot. Although there is no one answer that fits all businesses, there are a number of practices followed by successful business owners. Below are some common themes.
Getting your communications right is important, because whatever your objectives, clear communication is the key to success.

The way you think creates your success. If you find yourself blaming other people or circumstances for your lack of success, you need to take responsibility for your choices.
Volunteering lets you show that you genuinely care about the state of your surroundings both culturally and economically.
