Having worked for many years in leadership positions within the public, private and voluntary sectors, I became fascinated by the methodology behind professional achievement – and how certain people would thrive where others did not. Combining this passion and practical experience with my academic achievements, I set up and founded my own coaching and mentoring practice, BigohCoaching.
Luckily for me, with time, experience, practice, and patience, I have reached that lifelong milestone of being unapologetically thankful for the multitude of positions, roles, and responsibilities I have had. All have served as an example, inspiring me to have and lead a meaningful life, to live with integrity, optimism, hope, determination, and compassion.
My experiences – both in life and in professional settings – have shown me that with the right knowledge, strategies and support you can have a thriving business without burning out.

I hold the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, reflecting the depth of experience I have built coaching leaders and the professional standards I bring to every conversation.
For my clients, that means you can expect thoughtful challenge, good questions, confidentiality and a coaching relationship that goes well beyond simply giving advice.
The PCC credential recognises both coaching experience and professional competence, but what matters most to me is how that translates into the work we do together — creating the space to think clearly, explore difficult questions and make better decisions as a leader.

My Systems Business Coach certification brings another dimension to my work.
Businesses are complicated. People, money, performance, customers, culture and strategy don’t operate independently of each other.
Change something in one place and it invariably affects something somewhere else.
That is why I don’t coach the leader in isolation from the business they lead.
I look at the wider system around you — helping you understand how different parts of the business connect, where the real challenges may sit and what needs to change to move the business forward.

Bigoh Coaching has developed quickly to provide an invaluable, locally committed business coaching service. Most of my clients are based in the South East London boroughs of Lambeth, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bromley, Croydon, Bexley and Southwark. I’ve partnered with local charities to help people overcome complex social issues and I continue to deliver community-based projects and partnerships.
